How to cook Inari sushi Plain Ver.
Inari Sushi is a sushi used Abura age. The sweet taste make a lot of Japanese refresh from old time.
At this time, This is Plain Ver. of Inari Sushi!
I f you have, Please use rectangle Abura age.
Half cut’s rectangle ones are Kanto (East region of Japan) style of Inari Sushi.
Abura Age: 6 sheets (12peaces )
Rice: 250g (Just cooked one when mix with vinegar) →How to cook Rice by Hot pot
ーMixed dashi for Abura age ー
Soy sauce: 1 and 1/2 tbsp
ーvinegar for Sushiー
Rice vinegar: 2tbsp (Recommend to use Rice vinegar or Sushi vinegar but Cereal vinegar ‘s also ok.)
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Cut into half sizes, and make rooms for ingredients gently( not to break ).
If you need, make a cut.
Place a lot of water in a hotpot and Bring to a boil.
Let the Abura age soak in the just boiled water, and cook on the strong for 10min with Paper LID and lid.
Transfer to a strainer and cool them.
Place Dashi, sugar and the Abura age.
(Spread Abura age not to overlap fully.)
And cook on the medium for 8min with Paper LID and lid.
Add in Soy sauce and cook on the low for about 25min, until the liquid is almost gone.
Then set the Abura age aside on a plate. (When transfer them, drain on the hot pot as like pushing little bit.)

Mix the ingredients for Vinegar for Sushi, and cook micro oven 600W 20sec.
Then stir and mix well.
Wrap food wrap on the vinegar and set aside until the step mixing with rice.
Cook rice by rice cooker or hotpot,
Before rice are cooled, Transfer the cooked rice to a bowl and sprinkle with the mixed vinegar on rice.
Then mix well as like cutting by spatula. And cool it until it’s about 35 to 40 degrees Celsius.
Cool the rice and make sushi shape with little bit cooled rest of Sauce cooking Abura age.
Pack the mixed rice into the Abura age.
