How to cook Fried prawns in a sweet and sour chili sauce
This food has a good flavor made of prawn and some spices.
It’s inspired from Chinese dishes. But it’s called Japanese food!
You’ll love it, it’s packed with spicy flavor.
The sauce is really good. If you have leftover, please dip snacks with the sauce. You’ll enjoy eating time.

Ingredients
Prawn: 10
Sake(Rice wine): 1tbsp
Leek: 5cm
Garlic: 1piece
Ginger: 1piece
CHILI BEAN SAUCE (TOBAN DJAN;豆板醤): 1/2tsp
ーFor mixed sauceー
Water: 120ml
Chicken soup stock: 1tsp
Sugar: 1/2tbsp
Cereal vinegar: 1/2tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 3 and 1/2tbsp
Sesame oil: 1/2tbsp
Sake(Rice wine): 1tbsp
Potato starch: 1tsp
Water: 2tsp
Cooking oil: 1tbsp
Directions

Remove back vein from the prawn.
Sprinkle Sake and season with salt & pepper on the prawn.
Coat with about 1tbsp of the potato starch.
Mix the seasonings for Mixed sauce.

Mince leek, garlic, and ginger.

Place the cooking oil on a frying pan.
Cook the prawn until they changed color.
Then, add in the minced leek, garlic and ginger.
Cook them until they have roasted fragrance.
Add in CHILI BEAN SAUCE (TOBAN DJAN).
Cook ,spreading around, until they are mixed.

Add in the mixed sauce and cook until they are just boiled.

Mix the potato starch with water.
Add in the mixed potato starch , and cook ,stirring, until they are thickened.
Serve warm!
